- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a cash discount, and prices will be discounted for multiple items. Whatever quote I give you will be the final price even if we lose money. No surprises!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time for me to go out and give them a quote on the work they want done and sometimes on bigger jobs have to email them with the quote later. If it’s approved we schedule the best day for them to start the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to 4 years of trade school after which I tested for and got my journeyman’s license. After several years of running crews on commercial, residential, and service jobs, I tested to get my master electrician license and opened up my own business. 22 years electrical experience.
