- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on square footage of the home and what pests we are treating for. We offer a 60 day guarantee on all of our treatments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what pest issue the customer is dealing with to have a good understanding of the problem and then we will provide the customer with our suggested pest management solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed and we do ongoing training to stay up to date with current industry standards.
