Thomas was super responsive and professional! The gentleman who sprayed outside of our house was very friendly and took the time to explain the process. We are still within our 10-day window of increased activity, but I’m anxious to see the results! I would love to have found my bug guys.

Thomas was great to work with. He responds right away, and was here exactly when he said he’d be. Before he got to work, he let me show him exactly what bushes and trees we wanted/needed sprayed, and he went above and beyond and sprayed outside, around the rest of our home as well. He also sprayed a bathroom and put foam down an inside drain where we are having an ant problem. Thomas answered all my questions about the type of insecticide he was using. I was concerned about the possibility of our dogs getting into it. He assured me it dries pretty quickly and would not harm our dogs. I also wanted to know if what he sprayed on our trees/bushes would take care of the spider mites and keep them from coming back. He told me he uses a combination of two different chemicals and that it would keep the bugs away and make the trees/bushes healthy again. Thomas took care of more than I had expected. He was not pushy at all, and had a great price. Our yard and home are fairly large, and for all he did it was still less than $100. I liked his service so much, I’m having him back in 6 months.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% for front line workers, and 10% for senior citizens. I really value front line workers since COVID-19, and love the senior people who helped build this great place we call home!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understand the problem. 2. Make sure I formulate a game plan, and go over that with said customer. 3. Make sure date, time, and price is right with customer! 4. Get to killing! 5. Report back/ what to expect and make sure customer is satisfied
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Utah requires regularly attendees training/classes on new epa, and state regulations. I have 7 licenses, and take the continued education for life seriously.
