Thomas was hands down one of the best professionals I've ever worked with on any home project. We had a recent infestation of black widows. He was out here same day, sprayed even more areas than I had asked, AND cleaned all the webs off the house. Very very cool guy who is happy to go the extra mile for his customers. He will be my go to pest control service for years to come!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% for front line workers, and 10% for senior citizens. I really value front line workers since COVID-19, and love the senior people who helped build this great place we call home!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understand the problem. 2. Make sure I formulate a game plan, and go over that with said customer.
3. Make sure date, time, and price is right with customer!
4. Get to killing!
5. Report back/ what to expect and make sure customer is satisfied
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Utah requires regularly attendees training/classes on new epa, and state regulations. I have 7 licenses, and take the continued education for life seriously.
