- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on a daily basis like: $25.00 off any curbside or "easy" pickup. 10% off your entire service if you are a referral from an existing customer. 10% off your entire next service if you referred a new customer. 10% off for military, first responder, education or law enforcement. Offers are not transferable or accepted in addition to each other unless otherwise agreed upon. No pricing is ever finalized without a technician on-site to properly evaluate the service requested. The price agreed upon before the work began is the final price except for taxes. Volume Based Pricing Additional fees MAY apply for heavy, bulky and specialty items depending on type, weight and accessibility Additional fee for concrete, rock, gravel, dirt, sod, brick, infestations, mattresses, tires, freon containing units etc. All other taxes, fees, labor, fuel, hauling, recycling, donation and disposal fees will be included in the final service price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. When a new customer contacts us, we gather details about the items or space to be cleared and provide a clear, upfront estimate. We schedule a convenient time, arrive on time, confirm pricing on site, and complete the job efficiently and safely. After clean up, we haul everything away-no surprises, no pressure, just reliable service from start to finish.

Combined experience of 12 years in various construction trades. Military trained discipline and respect. 20 plus years of team leadership in manufacturing.
