- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only get paid if we win money for you! We operate on a contingency fee and if you are a Thumbtack user we extend a special reduced fee offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have been injured in an accident, we want to talk with you, we will speak with you on the phone, day or night, we will come to your home if you prefer. We do all the hard work after we collect your information we deal with the police, insurance companies, and other parties involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has been working for a combined total of 100 years in Personal Injury claims and lawsuits. You just can't find a more experienced team of legal professionals ready to dig in and really work on your case
