My wife was in a minor car accident. I called Aaron for advice. He explained to me step by step in people terms on what to do and what to expect. He assisted in working with insurance companies to be compensated for time lost and check ups. Anytime I called Aaron he was quick to answer or quick to respond. Not once did I ever feel like he was taking advantage of a situation or steering us in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. Aaron was my attorney and helped me with a car accident I was in. I was scared that the insurance company wouldn’t treat me fairly. Aaron stepped in and handled everything for me. Aaron’s work took away my worries and concerns. He helped me receive a fair settlement on my accident. I recommend him to my family and friends. My clients do not pay a dime, unless we win their case. Our fees are contingent upon the results we produce for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can come to your house or business for a free consultation to help you know if you have a good case. Then we will help communicate with the insurance company for you. We’ll request and collect all of your important documents. And we’ll also make sure we negotiate your settlement with the insurance company. We keep you in the loop the entire time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
U of U law school graduate with honors.
