- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients do not pay a dime, unless we win their case. Our fees are contingent upon the results we produce for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can come to your house or business for a free consultation to help you know if you have a good case. Then we will help communicate with the insurance company for you. We’ll request and collect all of your important documents. And we’ll also make sure we negotiate your settlement with the insurance company. We keep you in the loop the entire time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
U of U law school graduate with honors.
