Kap came out to bid the job, but knew that it was a fix that required some expertise that he didn't have. He gave some great advice for how to approach the fix, and gave some other advice on how to save some money on the repairs. It was refreshing to have a contractor not try to take advantage of the situation.

Kap responded very quickly and was able to come check out our leak the next day. Kap was very friendly and was interested in helping us identify and fix the leak efficiently. Appreciate that Kap wasn’t trying to sell us on things we didn’t need, and just addressed the issue in an open and honest manner. Will definitely call again if other roof leaks arise!

Kap was amazing! He responded quickly, came out the same day (driving a long distance) and most importantly was honest! He could have easily charged us $500 plus to fix a concern we had but he was honest and straightforward and said it actually didn’t need to be repaired. That kind of honesty and kindness is hard to find these days. He was professional, communicated clearly and explained things in a way that were easy to understand! If I could give him a 10 out of 5 stars rating, I would!
