Kap arrived when he said he would and demonstrated high professionalism as he walked me through the reasons why the roof was leaking. This helped me understand the problem and also gave me confidence that he understood how to fix the problem. I appreciated that he is willing to do a 10 yr warrentee; which boosted my confidence that they would do a good job fixing the leak.

Kap came out to bid the job, but knew that it was a fix that required some expertise that he didn't have. He gave some great advice for how to approach the fix, and gave some other advice on how to save some money on the repairs. It was refreshing to have a contractor not try to take advantage of the situation.
