Jim B. says, "I used these guys to repair a large basement family room after water damage (some framing, insulation, drywall, texturing and painting of the entire room (walls and ceiling). They also painted a handrail and installed new baseboards. Taylor came out to provide an estimate on Thursday evening literally within a couple hours of our first phone conversation. We had a detailed written estimate on Friday morning broken down just as I had asked. They started the following Monday morning (on schedule) with a promise to complete by Friday. They actually finished a day early. Taylor provided pictures of the wall after framing and insulation was installed which I appreciated since I was not there to see it before the dry wall was installed. I am very pleased with event aspect of both our interaction and their work as well as their very reasonable pricing. Will use again."See more

Danya J. says, "*** Update **** Doug came back and put the fascia back on, sanded and stained the posts, and adjusted the one wonky post to be more flush with the top of the deck. It took a while for him to come back but he finished the job nicely. We hired Doug to make some modifications to our existing deck. At the initial visit, he pointed out that the fascia had the wrong type of screws and even texted me a specific note about it. When he returned to do the work, he removed the fascia and redid the posts—but said he ran out of time and forgot to bring the correct screws. He also spent a significant amount of time during both visits criticizing our builder and landscaper, which felt unprofessional. Doug told us he’d come back to fix a post that is now visibly off-center and to reattach the fascia. That was six weeks ago. Since then, we’ve followed up multiple times but haven’t been able to get a response, and the job remains unfinished."See more
