TELEHEALTH ONLY! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been involved with helping adults and couples resolve their unique challenges and struggles for over twenty-five years. The 1st session is offered at a discounted rate of $75 Thereafter, fees range from $135 to $75 a session, though discounts and a fee schedule can also be applied. I a 'Person-centered' therapist, or what I call a ‘True-self Focused' counselor. That means when I work with individuals or couples, I believe they have access to the answers they are seeking through fearless connection to their true selves. Also, the greatest peace comes to the couple relationship when they allow this same truthfulness with each other, rather than seek for fear-based modes of control. When each person is allowed the greatest freedom to be their true selves, this is the key to restore the person their partner fell in love with in the first place. Often times, the problem is individuals and couples may not know how to listen very well to themselves or each other. In fact, they may have learned to doubt themselves and to ignore or even hate each other though they may call this love. Such blatant 'self' and partner disregard can actually be the cause of much of their frustration and disturbance. My challenge is to help the individual or couple learn how to hear the truth inside them better, which comes by reconnecting with their emotions and mending the rift between their hearts, their minds, and each other. The journey is an insightful one and, at the conclusion of it, they recognize that they are the solution and not the problem. Such self-realization is my greatest joy!
