Albert says, "I hired Vignale Construction to replace my worn out decking with Trex decking, and to replace all my soffit, facia and gutters. I had them out a number of times in the planning stage and they were always very responsive while I was making changes and asking questions. Once work began they always showed up when they said they would and all the employees were extremely kind. This was not an easy job as I was saving the frame of the old deck and replacing everything else. Some of the framing was not level as there was an addition done at one time, and some was rotted. Oh, and I had a large hot tub on the deck that was unable to be removed during construction w/o getting a crane. They made it all work. They did a great job and we are very satisfied with the results. Great company and great people working there."See more

Danya J. says, "*** Update **** Doug came back and put the fascia back on, sanded and stained the posts, and adjusted the one wonky post to be more flush with the top of the deck. It took a while for him to come back but he finished the job nicely. We hired Doug to make some modifications to our existing deck. At the initial visit, he pointed out that the fascia had the wrong type of screws and even texted me a specific note about it. When he returned to do the work, he removed the fascia and redid the posts—but said he ran out of time and forgot to bring the correct screws. He also spent a significant amount of time during both visits criticizing our builder and landscaper, which felt unprofessional. Doug told us he’d come back to fix a post that is now visibly off-center and to reattach the fascia. That was six weeks ago. Since then, we’ve followed up multiple times but haven’t been able to get a response, and the job remains unfinished."See more
