- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price given is for time of service, travel, cups and straws per guest & ingredients for drinks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Confirmed job followed by a emailed invoice and if alcohol is needed a liability contract. From there product will be purchased and my company will arrive an hour to 30 minutes before the event to set up
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
