FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For many of my services, I offer flat fee pricing so there are no surprises. Other services are at an hourly rate, but I always give an estimate on the time it will take to complete a task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, give me a phone call and we can set up a consultation at my office. For wills, trusts, and estate planning, this initial consultation usually takes about an hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Estate Planning section, Elder Law section, and Litigation section of the Utah State Bar. I have been admitted to practice in all Utah State and Federal District Courts in Utah, and the 10th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. I attended law school at the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law. While in law school, I was the Executive Editor and Managing Editor of Publication of the Journal of Public Law.
