- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For TV mounting services, the process is quick and straightforward. We only work with drywall walls, so once we confirm that’s the case, I just need to know the size of your TV and whether you already have the mounting bracket. With that info, I can give you an accurate quote and schedule the job — no in-person consultation is needed beforehand. On the day of the service, I arrive on time with all the tools needed for a secure and professional installation. The mount is safely anchored to studs, and I also offer cable-hiding options for a clean finish. Payment is due only after the job is completed and you’re fully satisfied.
