- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing straightforward, no hidden cost or fees, we include all currently, active discounts and promos so clients don’t need to wonder if they’re getting the best deals offered by Mastertrades/ Power Up! Pricing includes the reimbursement cost for expenses related to materials that where provided at the clients request or approval. Unless otherwise specified and approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the customer, we adapt to the need and personality of customer. Our goal is to have complete customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mastertrades Specialist, are certified, licensed and insured. Specialist continue to educate and stay updated on new procedures, guidelines and technologies.
