He was a great communicator, was there early, willing to work late to meet the schedule, and kept me informed of all news - good and bad. He is calm under pressure and innovative when he had to work on older buildings and conduit runs, not in the best condition. He is good with long term projects, and short term projects, as he was professional during all occasions. He took great care to ensure that all work was up to code and met the expectations of the customer, and was forthcoming if he thought there were different ways of doing things that might work better and acted no differently if you didn't accept his suggestions. He is a great team leader and I was surprised how well he kept track of his teams, even when they were not geographically close. I strongly recommend him for any project, is familiar with current installation standards, and knows how to navigate commercial and government contracts. -Eureka"See more
