Absolutely incredible job. Karen was lovely to work with and the girls did amazing on my apartment. They even cleaned my laundry area which I wasn’t anticipating. Definitely will be hiring them again! Don’t hesitate to book them!

Mrs. Clean helped me out immensely doing a move-out clean! I scheduled them to help my sister out and Karen was able to fit me in SO last minute, and I was able to schedule it for the day before my sister had to be out of the apartment! I was so so grateful and absolutely stunned! Karen was so understanding when she arrived with her amazing crew. I enjoyed that she was so responsive, punctual, and reasonably priced! I was honestly so scared of the cost and was hoping it would be around my budget. She was upfront about the price as soon as I asked and I feel like it was the best value for the quality of work that was done. Book Mrs. Clean and you won't regret it!

I don't usually hire cleaners, so I ordered the deep clean for my whole house- 4 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse. The bathrooms definitely needed work so I knew this would be a big job. The price for the work felt very fair to me, so I booked it. I ended up paying more than the price because I felt it was a bit low for the level of work I was expecting.
Karen arrived first and it started off great. She worked on the kitchen while waiting for the rest of the crew. Unfortunately they were held up by car troubles, so they got to work an hour later. They were probably very hungry and tired but they got to work.
However, it seems their exhaustion was beginning to show at the latter part of the cleaning. The kitchen was tackled first, and it looked great. They then went to work on the bathrooms. They couldn't get some stains out of it, and it doesn't seem like they were very thorough. Ammonia was used, but there's still easy, lighter stains that I wiped off with my finger in the bathroom. (Maybe the ammonia took time to affect it? I don't know, but it doesn't seem much cleaner) The bathroom counter didn't seem thoroughly scrubbed because there is still residue on it. It seems like they just did a quick pass with a rag and cleaner. The trash can was also not emptied, while other trashcans were.
I know how grueling it is to clean a house. That is why I paid over this cleaner's asking price. However, this is a service I paid hundreds of dollars for. I would expect a cleaning service to be able to remove deep stains in a tub, and to be thorough in the wiping of counters and such.
Karen was super sweet, and the team was professional, I honestly think they were just tired from whatever held them up. They did great cleaning in other areas, I'm just a little disappointed with the bathrooms.
