About
Work Directly with the Installer—No Middlemen
When you hire me, you’re working directly with the installer—no salespeople, no middlemen. That means lower cost to you and a higher quality installation. I specialize in custom, interior-routed solutions that are both highly effective and discreet.
Proven Results
Independent testing from Alpha Energy Labs has shown that my systems consistently perform above industry averages, often achieving higher efficiency than typical radon mitigation systems in Utah.
This Isn’t Just a Job—It’s Your Family’s Safety
According to the EPA, there is no safe level of radon. I don’t aim to just meet the minimum—I work to reduce your radon levels as close to zero as possible, because your health and peace of mind matter.
Serving All of Utah
No matter where you are in the state, I’ve got you covered.

Very happy with the work, Johnny took the time to explain all the options and where we'll be adding the pipes. Day of the install they arrived on time and finished on schedule. Professional work, even helped with a minor additional thing I needed done. Very happy to recommend them for Radonmitigation work

I am very pleased with the work Radon X did in my home! Johnny, the owner came on our arranged time and did the work himself with 1 helper. He looked around our house for the best location for the mitigation system and then explained the whole process to me and then before starting, they put drop clothes down on our floors which I appreciated immensely. They didn't stop until they had both completed their jobs. At the conclusion, Johnny showed me the finished job and it looks great. It was a fully interior system. I'd highly recommend Johnny from Radon X!!

They were super responsive and showed up when they said they would. My radon system is now fixed and was done at a great price.

Johnny from Radon X was professional in his service, explanation of the process and showed up exactly when he said he would. He completed the job in short order. I recommend him and Radon X unequivocally to anyone requiring RadonMitigation. Get your homes levels tested as it's more prevalent than we think. Thank you.

Radon X was very good at helping to understand what we were needing to have done to be safe from radon gas. Johnny did a great job and gave us post radon testing and follow up. I would use them again. Or problem was solved. Thanks Radon X

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees—ever. Once I give you a quote, that price is final, even if the project takes longer than expected. You can count on full transparency from start to finish. I also offer bundle discounts, repeat-customer savings, special rates for larger projects, and a referral bonus as a thank-you for sending new clients my way. My goal is to deliver high-quality service at a fair, honest price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick Chat: I’ll ask a few questions about your home or property and get details like square footage, layout, and any special features it might have (such as radiant floor heating, a metal roof, additions, crawlspace, or sub-slab ducting).
Clear, Upfront Quote: I’ll give you a firm price right away so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises later.
Easy Scheduling: I have two time frames available: a 7–8 AM arrival or an afternoon appointment between 10 AM–1 PM. We’ll call or text you on our way when we finish the morning job. A typical install takes about 3 hours.
Getting the Job Done: I show up on time, keep you updated, and make sure everything is done the right way.
Walkthrough & Peace of Mind: Before I wrap up, we’ll take a quick look together to make sure you’re 100% happy. We don’t take payment until after the walkthrough and you are completely satisfied.
Here If You Need Me: I’m always available for questions, and I offer a referral bonus as a thank-you for recommending me to others.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m NRPP-certified in radon mitigation and hold a Utah contractor’s license in my personal name.
