I found my pot of gold, I have never felt like trusting anyone this much with my safety then having Andrew give me the information I needed to know. These were things I never thought existed when i saw the house for myself, but his detailed explanation made every penny spent worth while. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to anyone

Wow, Andrew was incredibly thorough. He pointed out so many things that I did not notice when I had walked through the home. I liked that he not only pointed out problem areas, but gave helpful tips and suggestions on what to expect for maintenance going forward. His report includes some links to resources that explain how to fix issues that arise which is a huge help.
Some of the issues he found will be quite costly to fix, so it is nice to know this before finishing the closing process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Andrew was polite and profession and on time. He performed his job well and im happy with the work he did. His report he provided was very detailed and accurate and he left no rocks unturned. He alerted me to many defects that I was unaware of with the property that could have cause a few headaches down the road after I moved in. I was back and forth on the idea of even having an inspection done because the home wasnt that old but eventually chose Andrew because he was local to the area and was able to offer allot of advice as he has a background as a contractor. I was very pleased with his services and comfortable knowing the true condition of the property and felt like it was money well spent.

Service provided exactly when and how as expected.
I've been through this a few times and he still managed to show me a thing or two. Best example I can give is I had a loose stone on exterior and he was able to spot it. That attention to detail is hard to find.
