Andrew was very thorough in his inspection and did a great job of explaining everything to us and answering any questions we had. The report he sent us the next morning had pictures of everything he found with a detailed description of what was wrong. We will definitely contact him for our next inspection!

Andrew was polite and profession and on time. He performed his job well and im happy with the work he did. His report he provided was very detailed and accurate and he left no rocks unturned. He alerted me to many defects that I was unaware of with the property that could have cause a few headaches down the road after I moved in. I was back and forth on the idea of even having an inspection done because the home wasnt that old but eventually chose Andrew because he was local to the area and was able to offer allot of advice as he has a background as a contractor. I was very pleased with his services and comfortable knowing the true condition of the property and felt like it was money well spent.

Andrew did a great job with our Pre-home inspection. We had to find someone within a few days and he was very accommodating and fast to reply. We had our appointment set up within a few hours. He found problems we didn't know existed on the property and even walked through to show us these concerns. He got the report to quickly and was an awesome guy to work with! I'd highly recommend him.

After the first inspection JODA performed for me, we decided to cancel the contract and purchase something else. I liked JODA enough to use him a second time and we are now going through with this purchase.
