Service provided exactly when and how as expected.
I've been through this a few times and he still managed to show me a thing or two. Best example I can give is I had a loose stone on exterior and he was able to spot it. That attention to detail is hard to find.

Andrew did a great job with our Pre-home inspection. We had to find someone within a few days and he was very accommodating and fast to reply. We had our appointment set up within a few hours. He found problems we didn't know existed on the property and even walked through to show us these concerns. He got the report to quickly and was an awesome guy to work with! I'd highly recommend him.

We hired Andrew to complete a home inspection on our new home. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He walked us through our entire house to explain everything he had found big or small. We fell comfortable knowing that we are safe in our new home! Thank you Andrew!

Wow, Andrew was incredibly thorough. He pointed out so many things that I did not notice when I had walked through the home. I liked that he not only pointed out problem areas, but gave helpful tips and suggestions on what to expect for maintenance going forward. His report includes some links to resources that explain how to fix issues that arise which is a huge help.
Some of the issues he found will be quite costly to fix, so it is nice to know this before finishing the closing process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

I had Andrew perform a home inspection for my new home prior to closing. He was very thorough and took the time to explaine things to me and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend him!
