FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I read voraciously about anything relating to real estate and I know my partner does the same for criminal and family law--we both participate actively in the Continuing Education provided by the Utah State Bar Assoc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I came the long way 'round to being an attorney. I traveled extensively, worked in many fields and studied many subjects. I knew I wanted to help people, and that I love writing and reading arguments. I was always open minded about what I was going to end up doing, and that open-mindedness lead me to apply to law school and eventually, becoming an attorney.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Anything and everything pertaining to real estate, that's my strong-suit. My partner at the firm is a compassionate, efficient family law and criminal law attorney. After that, I'm also well-versed in estate planning and asset protection, followed by personal injury claims. I've both studied real estate and worked directly in the real estate profession for the last two years and I feel more than comfortable managing transactions, structuring deals, reviewing contracts, and litigating for my real estate clientele.
