Introduction: "In business for your business". I have been doing taxes since the early 1980s—great music wasn’t the only good thing to come out of the 80s. In the past 30+ years, I have seen many changes to the tax laws and they seem to get more and more complicated. The IRS is renowned for its ability to make simple things complex. In 2014, the IRS tax code was over 73,000 pages. That would be equivalent to 145 novels with 500 pages each—and not the most interesting read. The only thing it has to offer for business owners is 50 shades of confusion. With the demands of business in today’s economy, many small and medium business owners do not have time to learn all of the changes to the tax laws or State or Federal regulations; this is where I thrive. I specialize in helping business owners understand the tax laws and monitor their business finances. The reports I provide are easy to understand and I take the time to explain them; the more clear you are with your business finances and payroll concerns, the more confident you will be in making it succeed. The last thing you need for your business is an audit, so I help you navigate the waters to ensure you are complaint with State and Federal regulations—this does not mean the government agencies won’t investigate, it means you will be ready if they ever do.
