Our $115 diagnostic fee includes a professional inspection to identify the actual problem and determine the best solution. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the full diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost. We believe appliance repair should be built on honesty, quality, and genuine care for our customers. We give straightforward recommendations and will always tell you whether repairing the appliance makes sense or if replacement may be the better option.
