Immediately diagnosed the issue, showed us what needed to be fixed, and after fixing the issue demonstrated the quality improvements. They also went above and beyond with cleaning up extra lint and making the appliance a lot cleaner.

Denis quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and then took care of the problem. I appreciate the detailed explanation and suggestions of how to care for my machine going forward.

Denis was amazing. He came on time, was able to tell me what was wrong and gave me a price in less than 20 minutes. His diagnostic fee was higher than others but the amount goes towards the parts and labor if you have him do the work. Denis gave me tips on how to make my washer last longer and also gave recommendations on what washer to purchase in the future based off my needs. I will absolutely use him again if needed!

Fast response, finished an appliance repair in under an hour. Six month warranty on parts and labor is pretty short. Also, labor charge of $250/hour is a bit steep, no matter how it’s burdened. At the same time, the quick response is appreciated, so no complaints overall. Let’s hope it lasts longer than six months. Thanks

Red Fox Appliance Repair's reply
Thank you for your feedback, Tom! We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the repair and our quick response. We understand your thoughts regarding the warranty and pricing. Our labor charge is not based on the amount of time spent on-site—it’s based on the technician’s experience, accurate diagnosis, and the successful completion of the repair. Our goal is to solve the problem correctly the first time and stand behind our work. Thank you for choosing Red Fox Appliance Repair, and we hope your dryer continues to perform reliably for years to come.

I really appreciate that he tried to check our oven thoroughly. It was a little frustrating as I felt like he didn’t listen to my concerns. Our oven was heating to 480, and was struggling to heat above that and took forever. He kept saying it’s heating to 480 fine. We need it 485-550. He gave us no answers as to why our oven has stopped getting to high temperatures and taking so long to heat up. Clearly something is going on and he just told us to buy another appliance to make bread in, and that pizzas don’t need to get that hot, no answers.

Red Fox Appliance Repair's reply
Thank you for updating your review, Megan. We understand your concern. During our testing, the oven successfully reached approximately 520°F, which was documented by the technician during the service. The oven operated normally, and no error codes or failed components were found. Since no defect could be confirmed during the diagnostic, other factors—such as bakeware, rack position, allowing additional time after the preheat signal, or the cooking method—can also affect baking performance at high temperatures. Our goal is always to provide honest, accurate diagnostics and recommend repairs only when a component failure can be confirmed, helping our customers avoid unnecessary repair costs.
