- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is $115. This includes an in-home inspection and repair estimate. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for the appliance type, brand, problem description, service address, and ************. Then I schedule a diagnostic visit, inspect the appliance, explain the issue, and give a repair estimate before starting the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of hands-on appliance repair experience. I repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and ranges.
