I cant even begin to tell you how disappointed i was (still am) with this bar tending service. First off the only number to call is Deyon and she is more then impossible to get a hold of, think she will return your voice mails?? nope i left about 6 different ones and she never called me back. second off they charged my account one day for the services that i requested for my wedding, 3 days later they charged my account again for the same amount. I called her that same day and was told it would be taken care of. 3 days later the money still had not been put into my account. I called 3 more times,2 of the times i left her voice mails stating i was still waiting on the money, one of those times i talked to her again and she said her phone had been messed up so she had not gotten my messages that the money still had not been put back into my account, and she assured me that it would be in there with in the week. a week went by and i still had not received the money. i finally called my credit union and they called her, and she told them she would put it back into my account and that her credit card machine was new and she was not sure how to work it. here it is 2 months later and a week and a half after my wedding, and i have still have not received the money from the double charge. my credit union was nice enough to put the money back into my account because i had shown them how many times i had tried to get a hold of her. When we first scheduled with Above and Beyond i had said i wanted beer, and wine at my wedding. a few weeks before the wedding i called and talked to Deyon and told her we were just doing beer, she said she would let our bar tender know. When the bar tender showed up at the wedding he was upset because he was told he would be serving beer and wine, and there was only beer. so in other words again Deyon did not do her job. I called her 2 nights before our wedding because i had a few more questions for her she didnt answer, so i called back a while later and still no answer, so i hung up and called from a different phone number and she answered right away (she was probably worried i would ask her about the money she still owed me for the double charge) We had a tip jar put out in front of the bar because we supplied all the beer, and all the ice (80 pounds of it) that said (tips for the bride and groom) and the bar tender also had a tip jar (he was also getting tips in his tip jar) i had brothers who were kind enough to put 2 20.00 into our tip jar and a friend who put a 10.00 (those were just the ones i saw) by the end of the night i had a few people come up to me and my husband and let us know that the bar tender had been taking money from our tip jar, we thought that couldn't be right this is our wedding night and he is stealing form us. when we got home to count what was in our tip jar we had 65.00 bucks in it, thats when we reailized this person (who we thought wouldnt do that to a bride and groom) did steal from us because there was at least 50.00 bucks in there that we know of, and our tip jar was over flowing.after we got back from our honey moon we had family members telling us that they saw the bar tender taking tips right out of our tip jar and putting the money into his pocket.one a day that was suppose to be all about us and our wedding, and to be called a perfect day the only thing that went wrong was this bar tending service. so if i were you i would stay FAR FAR FAR away form this place. I will never recommend them to anyone.
