I would have chosen all 5 options for what I liked about Cleaners of Utah’s service if I could. This was a move-out cleaning for one of my apartments and the experience was great, from first contact through post-job communication. David, the owner, is the only Thumbtack pro I’ve contacted who’s responded at all; he got back to me immediately and checked in regularly while on the job to make sure we were on the same page. When the job was done, he sent before and after shots, so I didn’t even need to take photos myself. And the cleaning was excellent—I don’t know why I’ve wasted time doing it myself. The price was very good, too. I’ll be a permanent client.

UPDATED REVIEW-After having these cleaners for over a year, the cleaning has gotten progressively worse. Their crew now spends approximately 30 mins taking out the trashes and cleaning the toilets. It is such a bummer because they used to be so diligent about wiping down every surface and vacuuming our office but that doesn't happen anymore. They even left our office unlocked for an entire weekend before.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are affordable!!!
We prefer to provide a price range online instead of a fixed rate. Usually, it is hard to price correctly without evaluating the work that needs to be done. We try to go the extra mile in all of our jobs, we try to go beyond the standard, and most of our clients require from us more than standard service, we are affordable, and our prices didn't go up with the current Pandemic situation! We strive to deliver a good service accessible to everyone who needs it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for your number and will follow up during and after the service to make sure that the job is done correctly. If it's not, we will redo the job until it is done correctly! Communication is a master key to performing well in our first shot!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are studying methods and chemicals constantly to improve our job and effectiveness. We work for healthcare providers with high cleaning standards, great guest capacity restaurants, and industrial facilities. I'm obsessed with the quality of service we provide!
