- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very straightforward.We don't charge to come out.We tell you a price upfront,and generally,unless you run into major problems we are able to stick with that price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I have to do continuing education every year of 12 hours every year. 12 hours for my contractor license. And 12 hours for my master plumber license.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was going to be a police officer. I was signing up for police academy and my older brother, who was a plumber. Talked me into becoming a plumber.
