The technician came in and immediately identified the issue, he fixed it right then and there and also did a diagnostic to determine if any other problems existed. He found one more and was able to replace it right away. Our furnace is blowing hot air again which is really helpful with the muscle and joint issues my husband and I have. I will definitely use them again.
