I had an excellent experience! They redid the drywall in my laundry room and handled a painting project, and the results were flawless. Super professional, great communication, on time, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Everything looks brand new. I’ll definitely hire them again for future projects!

We ripped apart some walls pretty good for a remodel. I reached out and got a few quotes. Kyrenovations definitely exceeded my expectations. They were priced competitively but they did very thorough and quality work - that is hard to find. There were no “upsells” or surprises… just a commitment to quality. The crew was professional and courteous. Drywall and mud can be messy but they kept things clean. They put down floor protection and hung plastic. I’m hesitant to provide high praise unless it’s deserved but Ruben and his group are truly great! 5 stars for sure.

These guys were awesome. I had a pipe burst downstairs that destroyed two rooms and part of a third, and after all the drywall and carpeting was torn up and removed, a third contractor came in to quote the renovation that I just didn't have the greatest feeling about, so I reached out on Thumbtack to find an alternative. When Ruben and his team stopped by, I was really impressed with his professionalism and experience and decided to go with KY Renovations. I was very pleased with the results, and when they finished, I actually had a friend tell me that the pipe bursting was almost a blessing, as the basement looked even better than before. KY did a fantastic job with the drywall, the painting, the carpeting, and even a few random fixes to some unnecessary damage caused by the mitigation team, and I'm very happy to have hired them. Also, it didn't hurt that their quote was nearly $8,000 lower than the initial bid I received from my original vendor. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
