I can’t say enough good things about KY Renovations. From start to finish, they were professional, timely, and incredibly skilled—but what truly set them apart was their carpentry work and attention to detail. Every cut, corner, and finish was executed with a level of precision that’s rare to find these days. The lead carpenter brought not only skill but a real passion for the craft. You could tell they take immense pride in their work, and it shows in every inch of the finished product. Whether it was custom trim, cabinetry, or framing, the results were clean, strong, and beautiful. They didn’t cut corners—unless it was with a saw and a steady hand! KY Renovations communicated clearly throughout the project and made sure everything was done right, not just fast. If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality work and truly cares about the end result, look no further. Highly recommended. I’ll absolutely be using them again!

We ripped apart some walls pretty good for a remodel. I reached out and got a few quotes. Kyrenovations definitely exceeded my expectations. They were priced competitively but they did very thorough and quality work - that is hard to find. There were no “upsells” or surprises… just a commitment to quality. The crew was professional and courteous. Drywall and mud can be messy but they kept things clean. They put down floor protection and hung plastic. I’m hesitant to provide high praise unless it’s deserved but Ruben and his group are truly great! 5 stars for sure.

I got two quotes for some dry wall and trim repairs. Ruben's was slightly less expensive and his reviews were great, so we went with him, and I'm glad we did! He and his crew were punctual, respectful, and efficient, and the finished product looks great! I would not hesitate to hire him again!
