Judith, Mia's mother, did an excellent job. We were moving in to a new place and the previous owners left it quite messy. Judith was able to come that same day and spent several hours getting the place cleaned from top to bottom for a fair price. I am going to hire her for my regular cleaning going forward.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually I prefer to go to the place and give an accurate estimate. I would be happy to drive and spend few minutes to find out my customer's needs and provide the correct estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to offer a deep clean at the first visit (it may cost a little bit more) but I can accurately charge my customer for maintenance only, weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We had worked with homeowners, rentals, mortgage companies, etc.
