Good experience, they did a water feature for us. Everything turned out looking very nice. My only bit of feedback is that we had to have them come back to clean up the electrical area quite a bit as it looked very sloppy when they left. To their credit, they were very responsive and came back and made it look very professional and nice. Just wish I didn't have to ask them to do that, and that that went without saying. Very responsive. Would use them again.

These guys were great to work with. I requested an estimate on Monday. I agreed to the scope of work and the price on Wednesday morning. It was estimated to take 2 days, but they were done in 6.5 hours. Very prompt, very professional. They cleaned up completely after our landscaping work. Highly recommend this group.

They did a great job with a retaining wall on the side of our yard! They were the most affordable quote we got and did a good job. It looks great, has drainage, and should last a long time. It only took them two days to complete it! They even did an extra favor and shaved down some metal gate posts that were poking out of the driveway while they were at it.

ROUTESERVICE was amazing. I called them on Friday and they were at my house on Monday an hour earlier than promised. They were able to remove the dead sod, grade it, put down new soil and install the new sod in 1 day. I will definitely be using them again for my outdoor needs. Very good value as well! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I let the client know that my prices may not be the most competitive, but I guarantee that I will take the necessary time to correct every small detail to ensure their investment is secure. I always try to do something extra beyond the initial budget and price at no additional cost to satisfy the client; this would be their discount. I also offer financing plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process is to first check the accessories for the machinery I’m going to use, then notify Bluestake to mark the work area so as not to risk damaging any utilities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my home country I reached the 4th semester of Civil Engineering and this is very similar to what I studied.
