- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, upfront pricing with no surprises. There is a service fee for diagnosis, which goes toward the total if you move forward with the repair. My goal is to provide quality work at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions to understand the issue, then schedule a visit to diagnose the appliance. Once I identify the problem, I explain it clearly and provide an upfront price before starting any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work repairing appliances and solving real issues in the field. I stay up to date with modern appliances and continue improving my diagnostic skills.
