My husband is back in the hospital for a 3rd time, & while here I thought it would be awesome to have our carpet cleaned in the main area he will be in when he gets home. Austin responded to my request immediately. He did not have an opening that would work in time. However, out of kindness for our situation he offered to come at 6:00am this morning to get this done in time and drove way out of his way to help us out. He arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job. Thank you thank you thank you Austin!!!
