Your employee Frank is absolutely amazing. He is honest he shows and maintains integrity. He is positive looks for workarounds helps solve issues or problems with my plumbing. Worked very hard to please us. Communicates very well describing what the issues are and how to fix them. Most important to me is the fact that he is honest and shows high integrity doesn't work too fast. And doesn't work too slow. He was able to fix our problems for us the same day he came out. And it was a pretty intensive job. He is a valuable employee for you and your company. Represents you well. Thanks for having him come to our home.

Truitt was outstanding in his service of installing our water softener system for our new home! Professional and courteous in every aspect, showed up early for appointments, took the time to educate me on the different options to choose from and which ones made the most sense for my families new home! Went above and beyond and actually improved some piping that hadn't quite been installed as good as it should have by the home builder and generously offered to make it look as good as it should! Truitt was friendly, Knowledgeable, and made the entire purchasing process seamless and enjoyable! If you are looking to install any water treatment services in your home, call Big Brothers Home Services and ask for Truitt, you'll be in great hands!

Raul was excellent. He was very helpful and took time to explain things about our old house that we didn't understand at the time. He left us with fair estimates of what we need to repair long term and we will absolutely have him back again.
