We had a great experience with Sunrising Exteriors. The roof replacement was very competitively priced and great value to add the gutters on. The team was very professional and great at making sure the old shingles were cleaned up. Also after heavy snow and the addition of solar panels, we asked them to come back to fix gutters in one spot and they were here.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be fair with our customers. Everything seems to be expensive these days and we know costs add up. On our repair projects, we charge a minimum service all charge that includes the first two (2) hours of work, including the travel time to your home and any basic materials needed to complete your repair. i.e. caulk, galvanized flashing, etc. Any time above the 2 hour minimum and additional materials will be charged to complete the repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take a look at the project, give you an understanding of what the options are to create a reasonable estimate for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is probably the biggest part of my education when it comes to the external elements of your home and moisture management. I have also previously passed the CertainTeed Credentialed Installer Program a few years ago.
