Simple Repairs & Renovations has a straight forward pricing & estimate process. Our Hourly rate is $75 an hour plus materials with a 3 hour minimum charge and a 25% mark up on all materials. Our Estimating process is Simple and straight forward. Over the phone, text or Email we ask our potential clients a few pre qualification questions to get a good understanding of your project & to make sure we are a good fit for each other! You will be asked to send a few photos or a video describing what work you would like done. After that I may ask for SQ footage of the room and for the ceiling height. From this point I will give you a price range from the minimum to the maximum. If we both agree on the price range from that point we would set up a time to meet at the Jobsite. We will finalize the Scope of work and Sign any paperwork and collect a deposit. A Deposit is required to save a place on the schedule. Please reach out with any questions.
