Posted my need, JunkLads replied within 5 mins, I agreed to their great price, they arrived on time, 7am Xmas Eve, took all the items I’d requested needed hauled away the evening before, and they were gone in 10 mins. They’re polite, efficient, men of their word. I can’t recommend them enough. Use them if you need anything hauled away. Best deal!!!

I contacted JunkLads in the evening on Wednesday, and they arrived Thursday morning as agreed. I had 35 contractor bags full of mulch and dirt, two large buckets of rocks, and some miscellaneous pavers to haul away. They were in and out quickly. Would recommend.

Feke and his crew removed couches, dining table w/seating, patio table with chairs, mattresses and bed frames and other miscellaneous things. It was a BIG job and they worked quickly and efficiently to get it out! He was polite and reasonable, always keeping customer satisfaction as priority.
Will definitely use them against in the future!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At JunkLads we pride ourselves on customer service. When coming in contact with a new customer we want to ensure that know precisely the service that needs to be done and execute with quality work and punctuality.
Along with our service we always appreciate photos up front and a phone call so that everything goes smooth and we can limit misunderstandings- to keep everything fair between our exchanges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we are specializing in Hauling and removing Junk, our team members have 10+ years experience in construction, landscaping, and demolition. This accumulated knowledge over the years helps us get your Junk out the right way if there need be any cutting lawn, moving furniture, breaking down walls, etc. We always want to assure that all our customers receive all the help we can give with the knowledge and experience we have.
