I have a major leak and they were able to fit me in right away. I felt like they were being honest and gave me a few options and what pros and cons were to those options. Not only they help me set up the asbestos test, but they are helping with the owners insurance process. They were professional, communicative, honest, and forthright. They also had a sense of humor and made me feel comfortable and appreciated the little Grandma booties. They wore to keep my carpet clean.

Phill was incredible! I had reached out to two contacts on Thumbtack and had a completely different experience with both. Phill came over and looked at our issue, was very knowledgeable, and gave us multiple options. He was not pushy, just very informative. His quote was less than half the price of the other plumber. Phillip was amazing. We had two other plumber companies that came out and couldnt fix our problem. He fixed it and the price was more competitive and he did a great job. I would highly recommend him if you have any plumbing issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a task based pricing company, so all pricing is upfront, and includes all parts, labor, and overhead. That is based on the state and national average.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to walk them through the whole process, what to expect when the technician arrives, he educates on system, explaining what the issues are, to explaining all the options so customers can make the decision that best suits them, and how the install will go, and how it will all end.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through the entire process through the state of Utah to hold the highest level of a plumbing license.
4 years of school to hold a Journeymans to passing the test to be a master.
Which took an extra 4 years to meet all the requirements.
