Brandon did an excellent job assessing the condition of our roof and did not recommend replacing the roof since it was still in good shape. I appreciated his honesty. He did replace two defective electric roof vents at a very reasonable price.

Had an new overlay of architectural shingles put on my roof, and an old swamp cooler removed & the hole patched and shingled. The company was very responsive, providing the quote extremely quickly, and at the lowest price. The work was excellent, and done quickly. My only regret was waiting around for a week for another thumbtack contractor to get around to getting me a competing quote (which was thousands more), I should have just gone with Brandon Park right away! They had the supplies delivered onto the roof a few days ahead of time, and then came to do the install. The install itself was done in a day and a half, and they left the area clean. They used a quality shingle with a lifetime warranty, and also installed new vents and drip edging. The house looks amazing with the new roof!
