He did a great job, but initially tried to charge me a ton (small leak in a junction box and he quoted me $600 up front — we eventually settled on $250, which still felt high to me based on the work taking only an hour to compete). I hate haggling over price and just prefer to have a decent / fair price up front. Work quality was great tho. Very efficient. Work done correctly, as far as I can tell.

Francisco did a great job on a full replacement on some old galvanized valves. They wouldn’t shut off completely, and he worked through the day to remove the old valves and install the new valves properly. Everything worked perfectly when the water was turned back on. Highly recommended.

Francisco was able to respond to my request same day. Was at my home in less than 3 hours and not only fixed the issue I was facing with my valves, but also replaced 3 sprinkler heads and moved another for me on a spur the moment request. Very professional, honest in how he goes about his business, and will absolutely use again in the future.
