I appreciate the service provided by Best Appliance, Mr. Pannah. He took the time to come out look at the icemaker in my freezer and give an estimate to replace it with a new ice maker. The icemaker still didn’t make ice initially but Mr. Pannah did not stop until the issue was corrected (air in the compressor) which resulted in another visit. He was very responsive, professional and determined to ensure great and quality service for me. I truly appreciate his attitude and I would use his services again in the future.

Great communication with Panah. He called about 30 seconds after I made the work request, came exactly when we arranged for him to come on the same day, and the work was done in 30 minutes. He had the part we needed with him and the appliance was up and running. Definitely use him.
