We would use MJR Restoration again! The owner personally supervised and completed the work and kept us updated proactively without us having to ask. He sent us pictures every day that included how he was protecting the house from the spread of the asbestos contaminated tile that was being removed. He was also honest in relaying that we could instead choose to encapsulate which was a less costly option. For peace of mind and after having already dealt with cancers in the family we chose to completely remediate and have it removed. The job was finished sooner than anticipated. But still the job was thorough and the work site was cleaned well and all materials removed. I most appreciated that he was not resentful of my many questions, asking what analysis lab was used and the technical aspects of the process. He walked through and showed me his sample collection and all of this brought me reassurance that thishe was knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. While the price was competitive, we went with the company because of the communication as well. I had interviewed several other companies and he was the most responsive and welcomed questions. Thank you for helping us move into a new home with some reassurances that it will be safe for our family, children, and pets.

I called a big corp restoration place and got told they didn't respond on weekends. Was pretty much ignored by another pro. BUT MJR responded, without anysolicitation, on a weekend. You wanna talk about saving me!

They made quick work of it, and now I feel better about my basement outlook.
