This is the starting price for one bartender for a minimum of 4 hours of service and our Luxe 5 ft. Mobile Bar (labor and bar rental only). Mixed in Motion replied to my specific needs, an in-house birthday party with mocktails as the highlight, quickly and with a detailed explanation of their offering. Heather followed up with confirmations and replied to my questions leading up to the event. They showed up on time and set up everything in advance. Our bartender Dani prepared three custom mocktails which were absolutely delicious--the guests loved them--as well as serving wine. She tracked down dirty glasses and washed them throughout the event to be able to continue serving. And she brought a fun, positive spirit that added to the party ambience. Ten out of ten!

I hired Heather and her team (Milos and Sasha) for our annual holiday party this year and the experience from start to finish was nothing short of five stars. We had roughly 35 guests in our home and every single one of them mentioned how impressed they were with the bar service. Prior to the event Heather was incredibly communicative and made herself available to run through the menu, garnishes, glassware, every detail my brain could think of and all the details her expert brain knew to tell me about. She helped me game out all the different cocktails for the perfect elevated evening and then went the extra mile and created a framed bar menu using the fonts and images from our party invite. And that was all before the event! The night of, Milos and Sasha arrived right on time and ready to get to work. While my husband and I frantically prepped the rest of the house before guests arrived, they quickly got themselves set up in our kitchen. Within minutes we had a full bar ready to go. Milos and Sasha were such a value add to the evening and our guests had a blast with them. Their professionalism and ability to problem solve on the spot was what really made them stand out from other bartenders we have hired in the past. Other times we’ve been left constantly running back to the kitchen to help with this and that or problem solve here and there. With Milos and Sasha it would be a tap on the shoulder and “We ran into problem X, we went ahead with solution Y, just wanted to let you know.” All while making sure my champagne was topped off! I cannot begin to explain the weight their ability and communication lifted off my shoulders. My husband and I were able to move around the party all night long enjoying every moment of it. At the end of the hired time they quietly and discreetly cleaned and packed up while still serving guests, careful to not disrupt the momentum of the party. All of our guests were sad to see them go but we assured them all they would be back next year if not sooner for my birthday in June!!

Heather and Danielle were outstanding. The custom cocktails and mocktails were amazing and everyone else raved about them as well. It was definitely the highlight of my holiday party! They were using my in-home bar area and cleaned up well when they were finished. Everything was so easy for us. We want to have a few more parties this coming year just to have them come back and make more drinks.

Base Package – $549 Includes: • One professional and certified bartender in uniform for a 4 hour event (1 hr set up/breakdown + 4 hr. service) • Setup & cleanup of bar station • Bar Basics and Standard Garnish: Simple Syrup, Angostura bitters, Dehydrated limes • All bartending tools & equipment (shakers, strainers, pour spouts, scoops, openers, garnish tools, bar mats, etc.) • Beverage napkins, eco-straws, and cocktail picks • Cooler (80 qt.) – ice not included, can be added separately • Signature Cocktail Menu – framed and printed to display on bar, consultation and design; will consult on menu • Travel to Northern VA, DC, MD (travel fees may apply) • TIPS Certified and Insured (General and Liquor Liability) Add-Ons & Services: • Luxe Mobile Bar setup (5-ft white bar with acoustic paneling) – $125 Adds “wow” factor to your event; Cannot go up/down flights of stairs • Ice supply, including delivery; – $ varies by guest count • Mixers/Garnishes for 3 Signature Cocktails – $ (varies by guest count and cocktail selection) • Premium Disposables (12 oz disposable cups, Old Fashioned/Rocks glasses, stemless wine) – $ varies by guest count
