Chris and Cindy were professional and prompt. Were able to pick up the rugs and return before I had to leave for work. Returned the rugs two days ahead of schedule. No added or hidden fees in quote. Most importantly, the rugs look wonderful! Chris helped put the rugs back in place, including lifting some furniture. Loved working with Chem-Dry!
