Kelvin came to look at the hot water system and informed that it is more likely the thermostat and worse a replacement of the entire unit. Though our unit is only 5 years old. He quoted us 3-4k for replacement of the unit and 1k for thermostat. He didn’t charge us for the visit but we still paid him through Venmo.
