- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It looks a little complicated, but basically, we offer deep discounts if you have walks every weekday. We take $6 off our base price if you have walks scheduled for Monday - Friday.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple and easy. We set you up with your private login to our online scheduler. We come out once to meet your pet and then you click and choose what walks you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner Robbyn has been working with working and sporting breeds for nearly 25 years. Growing up in upstate NY, she taught her dogs to mush sleds and toboggans. The apple of her eye, Charlie, is a 120lbs mix that put her and several trainers through the ringer for his first few years. She spent years learning and growing in her dog handling skills with him. Now they're both a little older and a lot wiser, and Charlie is a well behaved and balanced pup.
