Joel was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly honest. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the situation, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s not often you come across someone who is not only exceptionally skilled at what they do but also genuinely kind, personable, and committed to helping their customers make informed decisions.
Although I ultimately didn’t move forward with hiring him for this particular job, he left such a positive impression that he will absolutely be my first call for any and all electrical work moving forward.
Finding a contractor you feel you can genuinely trust is invaluable, especially when dealing with something as serious as electrical issues in your home. Joel earned that trust immediately. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone without hesitation. If you’re looking for an electrician who is knowledgeable, honest, professional, and truly cares about his customers then Joel is the guy

What really sets Joel apart is how well he communicates. He takes the time to explain what he’s seeing, how things work, and why a particular fix is needed. Whenever there are multiple ways to approach something, he clearly lays out the options and walks through the pros and cons of each without ever pressuring you toward the most expensive solution. I always felt like I understood what was being done in my home and could make an informed decision.
Beyond his technical skill, Joel is simply the kind of person you feel good about having in your home. He is clearly a hardworking, self-made family man who takes real pride in his craft and his reputation. He combines old-school professionalism and workmanship with the knowledge and efficiency you want from a modern electrician.
Skilled, trustworthy, meticulous, and a consummate professional. I would recommend Joel and Lemus Electric without hesitation.
