Introduction: I'm a master personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with over 8 years of experience. I'm also a MTEC certified metabolic technician. I hold 11 separate specialty training certificates ranging from corrective exercise, special populations, to sport-specific training, and sports nutrition certificates. I've worked with over 400 people ranging in age from 11 years old to 93 years young. I'm very versatile and mobile, so I can come to you, and we can make use of any space available (your yard, parks, your living room, local gym, or complex gym, etc.)

Mike is a knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. His knowledge level and his true understanding of the physical mechanics of the human body are demonstrated in his ability to train and motivate clients of varying levels. He goes out of his way to customize workout routines to meet my fitness goals and motivates me to do my best in a positive way. I am very impressed by his vast knowledge of how the different muscle groups in the body interrelate. Also, he's been able to help me fully understand how to work out properly ensuring injuries do not occur and encourages me to push myself. He willingly shares his expertise to make sessions fun, challenging, and a learning experience. Moreover, I definitely appreciate his extra effort in making sure I stay on track outside of our sessions – he briefs me on changing my eating habits to further help me along with my fitness goals and gives me workout routines to do as "homework" between sessions.

Mike is by far the BEST personal trainer out there!! I was 45 when I hired him, 50 pounds overweight and terribly out of shape. One year later I was walking across the stage in my first amateur bodybuilding competition. Mike knows his stuff!!!

I am working with Mike right now and its been a month of exercising and eating with his written diet plan. I have lost 15 lbs already. I weighted 150 lbs now my weight is 135 lbs. Mike is helping me out to achieve my goal which is to be 120 lbs with his tough workouts and diet plan. I know that in the next month or two Mike will get me to my ideal weight.
