My wife and I had one of our springs snap in half. I called the company that installed the door as well as did maintenance for us in the past. After waiting three weeks and not hearing back, I contacted Family Prestige Garage Doors. In less than 24 hours of my inquiry, I had two very knowledgeable and professional garage door specialists at my house!! Our garage door is in much better condition now than it was 24 hours ago! They replaced both springs and performed a complimentary garage door tuneup!!! Family Prestige will get all my future business and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Family Prestige Garage Doors was fast and responsive to needs when another company/business was not. I called them at 2:30 on Presidents Day and they were able to get a service repairman at my house by 5pm the same day. Mr. Isalas Sandoval was my repairman and he was professional, courteous, and proficient. He showed what he was doing and what did and even gave some maintenance tips!
