My 1937 home had asbestos tiles in the basement and the Swift team did an incredible job effectively and efficiently removing the material and cleaning the entire basement. The estimate and scheduling process was very easy, and the field rep, Conor McGrath, was very knowledgeable and provided great communication. Highly recommend!

My husband and I recently had Swift Home Services come out and repaint some bedrooms & a bathroom in our home. The quality of the work and responsiveness of the company was excellent. Overall, satisfied with the work done on our home. The big question being, would we hire SHS again? Yes, in fact we have more projects to do and Conor and team completes projects, which, for contractors is a great feat! Four stars given because we were on an agreed timeline and it got drawn out; however, because one of us was in architecture/construction in the past, it was understood that timelines get adjusted due to unforeseen issues, one, being that our house is fully furnished and the subs had to take down and relocate furnishings as the project moved along. Our house isnt big, so there arent infinite places to move the furniture; however, it did inconvenience us a great deal, but alls fair in renovation and construction to get the outcome you want.The subs didnt often come at a reasonable time, but what they did was made our house more us, as the home was renovated in 2018 and didnt reflect our style, so the subs came in sanded and stained our floors, painting the main part of our home and took down these horrid posts in the front of our house to replace with these wonderful wood posts.Again, an overall pleasant experience. Give SHS a shot, no construction/renovation company is perfect, but its how they transform your space that matters. We love the space and the changes made and look forward to transforming our space even more with SHS at the top of our lists to continue the work.
