Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We provide detailed, written estimates before starting any work — no surprises or hidden fees. For larger projects, we offer phased billing, and for returning clients or multi-service jobs, we’re happy to offer discounts. Emergency response is always available 24/7 at fair rates.

1. Free consultation – We discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline. 2. Site visit & measurements – We visit the property, take measurements, and review the scope. 3. Estimate & design – We provide a clear proposal, including materials and timeline. 4. Permits & prep – If needed, we help handle permits and prep the site for work. 5. Build – Our crew begins work, staying on schedule and in touch throughout. 6. Final walkthrough – We complete the punch list and ensure you're 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed general contractors with over 7 years of experience in remodeling and additions. Our crew members are trained in framing, drywall, tiling, electrical prep, and interior finishing. We also stay updated on building codes and permit requirements in MD, VA, and DC.
