We had the pleasure of Traylor Design & Construction LLC repainting our entire home. Although our place is relatively small, the architecture could be quite challenging to navigate from a painter's perspective. Andre, Marco, and the rest of the team literally turned our vision into reality, architecture and all. We made sure to communicate with them and they made sure to do the same in return. In addition, we had a barn door installed that required additional maneuvering and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Traylor Design & Construction LLC for anyone requiring painting or remodeling needs.

Andre and his team did a fantastic job. I hired him to tile my bathroom, install custom shelves, fix plaster cracks, add tow molding in our living room, and paint two hallways. All of this was quoted and scheduled within a week and completed while I was out of town. He and his team was very communicative and respectful of my wife who was present during the work. My wife even got him to install 5 ceiling fans in addition to the contracted work. We are both very happy and hope to hire Traylor Design for future projects.

Andre and his team did an amazing job! The coldest day of 2018 destroyed the first floor of my home. However, Traylor Design and Construction were able to remodel and make the area look better than before at an extremely affordable price. I highly recommend Traylor Design and Construction to anyone. Don’t waste your time searching for quotes and estimates; this is the company you will eventually select to work on your project.

The floor installation of engineered hardwood was not completed with the thought and care that I expected. I Had to call them back twice to properly fit transition pieces into the floor. Upon closer inspection, The wood floor stairs that they installed have large, visible gaps between where the risers meet the treads. The floating technique they used is terrible as i have bouncy, squishy areas due to uneven concrete subfloor. They should have glued everything down. Too late now, but I won’t be using Traylor Desgin again for any project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon the entire project, scope of work and required materials. The outline of the project, step by step process and complete price of completion is sent packaged in a free proposal via email a few days after a free hands on consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first come out to the location for a free consultation and hands on look at the project. I take laser measurements and notes while speaking with the home owner to get an internal view or outlook as to what they envision for themselves in their home. Within a few days I complete and send a free proposal via email with the overall scope of work and price for completion. If terms are agreeable we sit down to go over the final details of the project, sign the contract and lock in their desired date for the start of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of hands on experience with painting, installation and/or repair of hardwood flooring/tile/laminate, construction or remodel of decks/porches, remodeling of bathroom/kitchens/basements, power washing, home additions, demolition and framing.
